this is our portfolio.

I'll mention this month's portfolio, later.

おひさしぶりです。

１１月に疲れて、ポートフォリオマネージメントを交代したっきりになっていました。
あの時以来、乱高下が続いているので、体力を非常に消耗しました。

あれから、一時休憩させてもらいました。

相変わらず、通常の平穏時の市場ではなく、信用リスクが市場動向に強く影響していますね～

信用リスクが高まると、株が下がり、円が買い戻され、円高になる、債権が買われる。
信用リスクが低くなると、株が少しずつ買い戻され、円が円安に触れだす、債権が売られ始める。。。
信用リスクと通常の市場のそれぞれの企業の持つリスクとのバランスがどうも、診難いのが特徴…

このながれは、当分続くんでしょうね。

よって、できるだけ低い価格での入札で、”座して待つ”

この戦術をとっていこう・・・

Neither of the two great candidates have great economic policies to reverse the financial crisis, however, most Americans agree with Obama's policies.

People who have endorsed Obama's policies: Paul Volker, Bob Rubin, Chris Buckley, and Warren Buffet! These guys are economic powerhouses in America.

Because of Obama's better economic policies, he has generated an 8 point lead in the polls and is expected to win in the election next week.

In the late 1990s, Bill Clinton passed a law saying lenders Fannie May and Freddie Mac had to start giving out more loans to people who wanted to own a home but were not quite as qualified as other people. These are "Sub-prime" loans.

In... I think 2004, the SEC moved the leverage limit from 12x to 40x. This created insane amounts of leverage.

When these sub-prime mortgage's rates increased financiers got driven into the ground by leverage...
Late 1990s was president Clinton
2004 was president Bush

Right now it is an election in America. Republicans say it is Clinton's fault. Democrats say it was Bush's fault. The truth is it was both people's fault.

I shall contact with all of the financial companies in TOKYO.

This is because I know ALL of THEM except for the ones which are ILLEGAL. LOL

I shall contribute !!!

I strongly disagree to the rank at the right side.

Following is the ranking I believe in.

This is simply because this ranking was announced by Enjuku directly.

The reason why I did not buy any stock in this month is that there had not been any "TRUST"in the market.

Therefore, JUST I waited for the time when I SHOULD take a risk.

Why did I NOT buy only 10% of our budget in this month?

Simple, I am ALWAYS "modest" with the market.

The market is not a god but something I am supposed to follow.

I am sooooo sorry because I did not have time to upload our portfolio along to our rule......

But, our portfolio is, fortunately, No.1 up to now, and simple.

So, please check it out.

You can see why I chose ユニクロ .

This company is managed by a excellent CEO so that its profit is good.
Recently, dramatically, that price fell down so that its value does not equal to the price.
In long run, this company is going to increase its branches and spread them out overseas.
Therefore, high Yen will help this company a lot and strong Yuan as well.
This is because it is going to sell in China and produce in "another" place which this crash have highly influenced on.
Furthermore, you know, ユニクロ is cheap so that in recession, people want to buy this company.

At first, I need to apologize for Enjuku corporation.
This is becasuse we have not yet uploaded our portfolio on our blog.

To begin with,
we bought Bridgestone and Mitsubishi Seishi.
This is because of low oil price.
The restriction on "shorting" lowered speculation according to news.
this is a kind of experiment.

By the way, can they be a cushion to Finance company stock???
These are typical "material" companies, which has power to negotiate in deal because of that restriction...
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

Let me stop here regardless of the TRUTH.

I know! this sounds strange! I feel fear of making porfolio this month.
This is because we decided to be speculator more than investor this month!
We are confronting speculation, which does not always make sense!
Can you explain how Technical analysis works "Logically"????

Rakuten is the next target in Jasdaq.

This company is one of the biggest Internet Companies in Japan.

As people will not travel or spend money outside of money, they have spare time in their house with Internet.

This may push up Rakuten revenue.

Rakuten's stock recently is increasing. That is why investors evaluate this company psychologically.

To be honest, I can not understand security or bank company have been highly priced recently.

I hate to depend "only" on "Market psychological power". Therefore, I will not long finance industry.
