I am sooooo sorry because I did not have time to upload our portfolio along to our rule......

But, our portfolio is, fortunately, No.1 up to now, and simple.

You can see why I chose ユニクロ .

This company is managed by a excellent CEO so that its profit is good.
Recently, dramatically, that price fell down so that its value does not equal to the price.
In long run, this company is going to increase its branches and spread them out overseas.
Therefore, high Yen will help this company a lot and strong Yuan as well.
This is because it is going to sell in China and produce in "another" place which this crash have highly influenced on.
Furthermore, you know, ユニクロ is cheap so that in recession, people want to buy this company.

This is our portfolio in August.

素材株s is better than 資源株s or something else.

This is because they can earn money when materials can be bought cheap and their products can be sold expensive. Why does this happen in this month?

Thanks for decreasing materials prices and consumer companies attitude for inflation, 素材株 companies has been recently allowed to re-set up their price against inflation. Fortunately, oil price is lowing after the change of their environment.

Thererfore, 中外製薬、王子製紙 were picked.

The reason why I longed 国際石油帝国ホールディング is that this is for diversification of risk. Furthermore, this company has earn quite huge money under oil bubble. Which permit it to predict their financial statement is "good" next quarter.

This is our portfolio which invested on Natural recources mainly.

We will not move because of too high volatility in the Tokyo market.

this was my mistake to have bought this stock. this is because this company has quite high PER and PBR. And also no active action has not been seen to news in the market. What the panic did I have! I cannot trust my mouse with which to deside the bottom of　”売買決定”. Actually, the next day when I bought this stock, I said "ha?" with my eyes opening and closing thousands of times, which made me freezed in a minute.

we chose the portfolio from top down. under consideration to the news in the market, the stocks which will go up are welcomed.

we had picked some nonprofitable stocks so deleted and bought new ones. the nonprifitable stocks were chosen only by technical estimation. We should not have take them into our portfolio at the begining of this month.

basically we pay attention to subprime mortagage loan crash and the upward of the commodity prices caused by the crash. I guess that the reason why our portfolio is not so bad is that Japanese stocks had been so bad
that this result is partly supported just by luck and partly by our research.

difficult

we have ever spent difficult time to find good company. this is simply because there are a lot of conditions we want to take into account. the more we think over, the less company we can invest. some new news come into market, which makes us confused. the bias we has toward the market can not be ignored. Furthermore, there are least good companies which present for us the good per, pbr, roe. how can we find them? the most point I [Joon)] hate is that we dont have time to choose portfolio efficiently because of our status; student. The rule is hard to deal with because the rank is decided not by long term profit but by the short term one. ummmmmm. we will do our best.............................. Personally, I [joon] can not be satisfied with this low profit even though we are No.1 in the Enjyuku race at Kabumap.com ranking among our universities.
